JAN AADHAAR ENROLLMENT

General Instructions for Jan Aadhaar Enrollment:-

1.  Resident family of Rajasthan and state employees who are residents of  outside the state.

2.  Aadhaar is required for all residents above 5 year age and for 5 year and below children’s birth certificate is required.

3.  In case of E-kyc done from birth certificate for 5 year and below children’s, passport size photo is required

4.  All the details will be entered in both Hindi and English language only.

5.  A valid bank account is mandatory for head of the family

6.  Head of the family-

- A woman of 18 years or more

- In the absence of a woman of 18 years or more, a man of 21 years or more

- In the absence of both the above, the eldest person in age

Mandatory Documents:-

1.  Bank account – Bank Passbook/Bank statement/ Cancelled Cheque

2.  Age/date of birth- Birth Certificate/ 10^th Marksheet

3.  Address document – Aadhaar/ Domicile Certificate/ Electricity Bill/ Water Bill/ Rashan Card

4.  Passport size photo for member below age 5.

5.  Other documents- Documents supported by the given information, if required. For example Income Document – Income Certificate signed by   notary or revenue officer/ Pay slip/ ITR/ Form-16
